Puff Exchange Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges
At Puff Exchange, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Disposable vapes and open e-liquids
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items

Return Process
To initiate a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return items directly to the manufacturer. Instead, contact us at support@puffexchange.com for further instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within a specified time frame. Please allow processing time depending on your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, check with your bank or credit card company. If there’s still an issue, contact us at support@puffexchange.com.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, contact us at support@puffexchange.com with details, and bring your product to your selected Puff Exchange pickup location.

Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
